patients with asthma, allergic nasal symptoms, and skin problems. She is currently in practice in Boulder, Colorado.
Judy St.Clair a scientist with over 30 years of experience, 8 years in the Biotech industry.
Heather Bowbeer, a graduate of the University of Colorado molecular biology department.
Eric Ron, an undergraduate student at Colorado State University, studying Biochemistry.
Together they have developed a protocol to collect saliva from
pets in a consistent manner. They have also set up a lab to perform an Elisa assay, which is a well-regarded, gold standard
method to measure the amount of protein in a specimen.
Now they are ready to test your
pet and collect the data.
The research is funded purely through the modest cost of the
test. This is a unique method of accumulating scientific information, paid for by the people who will directly benefit from
the information. It is an experiment in bringing scientific laboraory know-how right to the consumer for immediate use.
